01

Official Communications Channels

Feraston's official public communications are limited to:

  • ·the Feraston website and its published pages;
  • ·issued Feraston Research records and related formal materials;
  • ·direct institutional correspondence transmitted through Feraston-controlled communication channels.

No other channel, account, feed, publication stream, or public-facing medium shall be deemed an official Feraston communication channel unless expressly identified as such by Feraston on its website.

02

Social Media

Feraston does not maintain social media channels within its official communications framework.

Social media feeds, commentary streams, promotional posting channels, and equivalent platform-based environments are not used as official publication surfaces.

03

Personnel Visibility and Contact

Feraston does not maintain public personnel listings, staff directories, or employee-based communications surfaces.

External approaches concerning records, research coverage, evaluation matters, access, or related firm activity are handled only through official Feraston channels.

Employee or personnel social media presence, where it exists, is not an Feraston communication surface and shall not be treated as an authorized channel for firm-related contact.

04

Public Commentary

Feraston does not rely on commentary-driven public communications, promotional posting activity, or informal public discourse as a substitute for issued records, formal website materials, or direct institutional correspondence.

05

Neutrality and Conflict Avoidance

This Policy is intended to:

  • ·preserve neutrality across Feraston's research, evaluation, and record functions;
  • ·avoid promotional or preferential signaling toward vendors;
  • ·avoid vendor contact with individual personnel outside official Feraston channels;
  • ·avoid ambiguity or inconsistency between public materials and issued records;
  • ·maintain a controlled distinction between official records, formal website materials, and external commentary.

06

Canonical Status of Issued Records

Where Feraston records are issued, those records constitute the controlling documentary expression of the matters stated therein, subject to their terms, structure, record status, and issuance context.

Public-facing website materials are provided for informational and institutional reference purposes. To the extent any question arises regarding the formal status, structure, or content of an issued Feraston record, the issued record itself shall control.

07

Direct Institutional Correspondence

Feraston may communicate directly by email or equivalent institutional correspondence in connection with record administration, review coordination, issuance timing, access handling, process communication, and related firm operations.

Such correspondence is consistent with this Policy.

08

Revisions

Feraston may revise, amend, replace, suspend, or withdraw this Policy at any time. The version reflected on the Feraston website shall constitute the current operative version unless otherwise expressly stated.
